Good for you , you're doing fantastic. Adding in different supplements that help the liver to clean and heal. From milk thistle to the combination of choline, inositol and L methionine can really clean that liver out of fat. Its been a body building secret for years. As Amla is not available in Europe, only as dry fruit, or in powdered form like triphala churna, we use Dandelion, Artichoke, Chicorée Root and Milk thistle amongst others, but they are the most important and most potent herbs to clean and support liver functions, besides a good diet free of refined sugars, flours, ice cream and commercial soda pop drinks!

1) minimum 12-14 hrs strictly without any food- just water only 2) more salads- source of potassium etc 3) ACVinegar - 1tsp in a glass of warm water if bloating after salads 4) bhumi amla powder - twice dailyx 3months- gap of 1month- again 3months -x 1yr Start with half tsp- empty stomach- x 5 days---> increase to 1tsp.

Bhumiamlakhi in empty stomach I am taking for my AFL . Eating sprouts of moong and chicken peas as morning breakfast; with a slice of lemon, onion, garlic and ginger. Sometimes a tbs of Dahi. Next for the lunch: crucifers vegetables with herbs and tbsp of olive oil. For the dinner: eggs.

Probably you are talking about Keezhar Nelli , this is traditionally and widely used in Kerala. No herb can match this. No one should trust it's powdered form as the same may not be genuine. In kerala everywhere it available No need to specially plant it. It naturally grows there. But since now living in Mumbai it's difficult to get it.

This bhumi amla, I suppose what my mom gave me when i got jaundice as a child. It was extremely bitter and i still remember the taste when i took this when i was 6 years old. It cures the liver really well and worked to cure my jaundice fast.
