Its very informative. My skin is acne prone and it took me 4 years to make it a glass glowing acne FREE skin my 20% medication and 80% lifestyle. I just started creatine mono like 8 days ago....i go with GNC and took only 2g. I noticed i am developing some small acne around mouth chin area and below nose back and forth for about a month...got scared. But then i noticed the moisturizer i have been using for past month is expired ages ago. Though i use it for like 3 4 times a week only. I am going to take creatine for a month and will see if it was my cream or creatine. Btw i take almost no sugar, balanced diet, and 1 gallon of water a day for past 8 years now.

makes me cautious that under most videos about creatine ppl report accelerated hair loss. I think I'm gonna wait for more research
@JamesGrage7 ай бұрын
Hey my friend. It's understandable to be cautious. With that said, I think it's highly unlikely, based on all the current research, that your average person will experience hair loss due to creatine. I think what I said at minute 6:45 in the video is more likely the cause. My comment certainly hit a nerve with some people because I rarely see this amount of "unlikes" on a video
@capi51697 ай бұрын
@@JamesGrage thanks a lot for your input. I use your resistance band traing advice on a regular basis. I'm just really cautious about supplements in general. hair loss and acne are also sensitive topics for a lot of people so maybe that's why you experience more negative feedback this time

With all due respect Mr. Grage would you put your signature under a contract that would guarantee that no hair thinning/ hair loss can be caused by creatine in every single human? Probably not. I appreciate you but you speak from a safe standpoint as you're predispositioned not to experience any hair loss until your 50s. From my experience if you're predispositioned it accelerates the process

Does creatine and the increased DHT affect the prostate?
@JamesGrage7 ай бұрын
I think it’s unlikely that creatine would increase DHT levels enough to be meaningful but it’s always best to have your physician regularly monitor DHT levels and prostate health.

What is your opinion on taking EAA supplements?
@JamesGrage7 ай бұрын
I'm personally a big fan of EAA's. There's only a few nutrients that are "essential" and EAAs are on that list. I'll be doing some videos on it soon. Let me know if there's specific questions you think I should address..
@taomahNEGEV7 ай бұрын
@@JamesGrage Thanks. Looking forward to that video. I'm most curious about if you can take EAAs in with such whole food as full eggs or meat like chicken/turkey breast or wild caught salmon. If you are to take EAA supplements when is the best time to take it? Are the whey protein powder supplements or the pure EAA powder / tablets a better EAA source?

What creatine do you suggest for a newbie?
@JamesGrage7 ай бұрын
So next video I'll compare different types of creatine supplements and give my recommendation 0 but the short answer is look for a micronized creatine monohydrate. I prefer brands that use the German made Creapure. In the video I'll explain why
