Since I started using resistance bands, I have noticed that I am having the hemorrhoids issue. How can I deal with the issue? Any specific technique or posture I need to correct? Please guide 🥺

you reference "people on social media" who aren't doctors disagreeing about the effects of increased hematocrit/hemoglobin levels as a result of TRT. But in fact there are quite a few doctors specializing in TRT who would not agree with Dr. Osborn on the the need for blood letting to reduce HCT nor on the use of aromatase inhibitors to reduce estradiol. Several of these can be found on the TRT and Hormone Optimization channel on youtube which also has a corresponding Facebook page. My own TRT doctor has not me not worry about HCT and Hbg levels. Equating secondary erythrocytosis with polycythemia vera is incorrect. Clotting factors such as platelets are more important. I have high HCT around 55.5 but low normal platelets. Clotting is complex - see discussion of recent published papers at kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJ6omIWYZcx7ibM

Keep in mind when throwing around total numbers.. 1) Naturals are being measured at their peak (first thing in morning) while guys on TRT are measuring at trough (just before next dose). This means a natural at peak 700 is WELL under an enhanced guy at trough 1000, where the high might actually be 1500 or higher following the injection. And their higher levels are running 24/7 as opposed to a natural with circadian rhythm. So yes, it’s replacement but it’s also enhanced.

I learned to never lock out. Was doing loaded stretch way before it became the thing a few months ago. I started doing a lot of reverse bench press in place of incline press, too. Another thing- my flat bench is a j curve where it’s lowered a few inches below sternum, and press up back to start, and saw it made a noticeable difference in pecs development over the straight up and down method. I noticed jay doesn’t go very wide on his grip, and I also stopped doing this long ago, as I always felt more front delts that way, and more pecs shoulder width grip.

Love the interview but man this doc’s protocol is awful. He believes e2 is bad, drives shb2 into the ground, and prescribes 200mg out the gate with Clomid, AI, and Phlebotomy at 50%. My goodness he’s throwing everything into the mix. Just not good.

From what I know, the value for Haematokrit does change very much during the day, depending on hydration. Maybe you took the blood even in the morning without drinking before.

I quit weights for my lower body. I only use weights for my upper body. I started doing a bodyweight workout only for legs (hamstring bridges, nordic curls, stair climbing, kneeling sissy squats, one legged calf raise and isometric holds)…my legs look the same. No loss of muscle mass. I dont know if bodyweight and resistance bands can build great legs, but they work if you already have muscles and just want to maintain

@@leibmoshe I took nearly a 5 year break from weights and trained only with bands after doing this video - felt great and never lost any muscle mass or strength

@ Yeah muscle maintenance is a much easier training and diet regimen than muscle building.

I just got gifted a resistance band from joining a new company and i had no ides how tf to use it. This sounds like a better option than keeping small free weights at home? And it's literally like a 1000th of the weight and really easy to store. This was a super handy vid. I'm gonna find techniques to use this properly now...

I realized my huge amounts of motivation had disappeared, which I think messed up my whole life, I would have made better and totally different decisions.. which would have left me more well off aka rich by now lol I’m going on TRT as soon as I get the motivation and courage to get my blood labs done😅😅😅
