@@OrbitzPhysics it would probably be tough considering that one of the components of a clean is generating momentum, and with bands you won’t be able to do that.

I recently bought 'Precision Engineered Creapure' from Holland and Barrett, it says on the label to consume 15-30 mins before exercise. Do I have to do this, or would it be okay to mix it in with my protein shake which I take right after my workout? Thanks.

This is amazing after doing your T2A. But I suffered meniscus tear making deep squatting impossible due to pain. Trying to stay active with this injury :(

Personal experience tells me creatine does effect my kidneys. I have no preexisting issues

I love your story, and the self drive, and motivation you bring to others. I was seriously injured and struggled to get my self back up going. Took a course and still not working knowing i have to stay active in working out. Legit question, if we are trying to maximise time under tension to promote muscle growth, why not do one single rep and holding the contraction for the entirety of the 40 seconds, my brain might be smooth but 40 second sets where you just time it seem like it cant get any better, youll know if you are reaching your limit by how far you overshoot the 40 seconds, just trying this at home, I got both the burning sensation and pumped so what gives, why can't it be convenient?

Man, where is this doctor located? I’m in Dallas Texas! I want to go see him!! I’m just like you not necessarily wanting more muscle. The thing is energy, mood, desire, ect.. my total level is 492 and free is 59. And I’m 58 yrs old🤜🏽🤛🏽💪🏾💯👍🏾

@jamesgrage what trt provider are you using. I current go to a clinic and they manage my doses. I think i might prefer a home remedy or provider.

The only disadvantage of bands is finding different places to attach them, really safely, in different angles and positions.
