In this video I'm snowboarding on Blackcomb mountain and doing a side hit jump session with some friends in Whistler. Side hit jumps are an awesome way to get back into jump and snowboard tricks. The line that we've found has dozens of side hit jumps to get comfortable getting air on our snowboards. Shout out to the crew of snowboarders up riding today including Gabe, Silas, Jeremy and Ryan. Whistler probably, but as far as I know I have not really seen many restrictions on mountains in Alberta or BC at all. Some places need reservations and obviously you need masks anywhere around people etc.

I’m regular footed and struggle with side hits on the left. If I ride in approach heel edge I’m going against the grain of the run and I fade off to the left on to the wall and if I go in toe edge I fall forward. Any tips?

Those are a bit challenging. I would say lead with your left shoulder so that board will follow you and not the contours of the snow

@SnowboardProCamp I was browsing your main page and there are random right-leaning American political videos being promoted in your channels playlists that seem to have absolutely nothing to do with Snowboarding. Is that intentional? Ex. there's a Ben Shapiro video featured in your snowboard vlogs playlist and a StevenCrowder video in your Snowboard gear playlist. both are recent too, like a few days to a week old.
