I absolutely love the fact that you went to google and practiced his name for a while in order to pronounce it correctly. Mad respect for you! I personally put that much effort into spelling and pronounciation too because it's a little irritating when people spell my name wrong or say it wrong.

Just wanted to clarify. When she says you can't sell the scenes containing the assets, that means the "source" asset, but you can sell renders of your scenes that contain these "Standard" assets (as I understand it anyways)

I just want to say that this looks great and is a very refined storyboard, but you really don’t need this level of polish to storyboard. Anything ranging from this example to stick figures will get you started on blocking your scene. Just thought you might see this and get cold sweats at the level needed, but I would say this is as good as it gets quality wise.

You should try to use NPR Comic Forge. You can find it on blender market too. I love it, cuz it gives ya some more customization options in the hatches building and lightning behavior. And the results with colored material it's so cool. Give it a try

I’ve checked it out, and although the settings are cool, I’m not a huge fan of how the crosshatching-effect looks 😅 Guess it just comes down to personal preference 😌 Cool add-on nonetheless!

Hi there, might be a stupid question; but when importing assets from sketchfab how does your items material automatically become a bronze color? Love the video btw :)

Thanks Andrew! It’s just the red clay shader under the «Solid» viewport shading mode (press the arrow down and then Matcap + the ball to change it)

Hi Vio! Aww, thanks so much :’D Of course that isn’t a dumb question! Unless I’ve specified it in the video, I am using Eevee and use it 99% of the time 😁

@POLYCOSM4 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Phantom! 😄 Naah, not really. With a standard license people can’t re-sell the asset in any way shape and form. They can’t claim it’s yours, use it in pornographic/defamatory/unlawful contexts or use it as promotion for alcohol, gambling, tobacco, etc. With an editorial license, the asset may only be used for news articles, documentaries, etc., and never for commercial or promotional gain. There’s a whole list of license terms, so I’d recommend you check it out if you’re worried! 😊
