He is saying that the spring should not be attached as shown earlier because your pant may get stuck in the hook of the spring. The spring should face the front tyre so that the hook of the spring does not get stuck in your pants

SIR AGAR MAIN STAND KA SPRING BAHUT JYADA LOOSE HAI TO KYA USSE PROBLEM HOTI HAI ? kyu ki meri bike mai man stand spring bahut loose hai aur bike main stand par khade karne ke bad tires jamin par reh jata hai kya ye issue loose spring se hota hai?
