Chris's question about racism towards a white person in a black country is racism, but is not realistic as white privilege is global. Countries that have mostly black population as well as white or European countries have been educated in schools to learn about the conquering white people and these people are celebrated and erected on podiums. This creates an inferiority complex amongst black people towards white people and many black countries associate white people with wealth and success. You can see this when white people live or have holidays in black countries. The global education system have brainwashed black people to treat white people as superior beings.

Chris’s question is valid but it is not racism. Racism as a concept can’t be put in to context of a particular country just because there is a majority. Racism is a global issue and stems from power. White people have more power socially, economically and politically, everywhere, regardless of what a countries demographic is.

The balance on this is brilliant. Dizzle's trolling is elite! Disagree on black people (I'm black Jamaican) not being able to be racist. We're a minority here in the UK, so experience racism, but no doubt there will be some countries in the world which have a black majority and black leaders - reverse racism may exist.

It was only 18k complaints, but it was a regional news report to start with (Points West BBC) so without that put into context it does sound like a low number.
