If one of ems late to a shoot (or something similar) they get a yellow card, then if they build up too many yellows they have to plan extra videos. Say the the rota was Ethan, then Josh, then Vik to plan, but Ethan had a certain number of yellows, then Ethan has to plan all three of those videos, with it going back to their regular rota after.

Exactly. Issue with these is usually that the good team always do the same things. It’s always just a mega expensive penthouse/villa with some crazy activity like racing a buggati. Then it’s a fancy dinner with sum magicians/dancers to entertain them. Here for once Harry actually gave em a unique experience that makes for great content.
