So glad to see you making videos again my friend, you read ligotti so well. Keep up the outstanding work you have some seriously dedicated fans, I'm proud to count myself as one of them.

“All of the myths of mankind are nothing but show business.” I know I’ve said this before but just thanks again for the work you do. You present Ligotti’s stuff in a way that helps me get it out to other people way better than I could on my own. Not that philosophical pessimism is going to make anyone popular any time soon, but the people who value what you do value it very much. I assure you.

That’s super cool. I saw a part of some ligotti convention where a panel of horror authors was discussing him. It wasn’t even considered that he would be there. He’s such a character, and It’s a miracle that he’s still unknown even in this modern age. Not even video of him as far as I know

@@grimscribe6454 tha lovecraft comparisons is hella apt concerning tha dysjunction between his literary reputation & tha overall awareness of his work by tha public; like HP in tha early 20th century, tha world aint ready for a dude like tommy ligotti.... yet. maybe anotha world war will change dat? 🤔🤔🤔

Nightmares within a nightmare…nightmares all the way down. A very good (meta-)story-not his best, but definitely worth a re-read at some point.

Thanks so much! I’ve never thought about starting a patreon, but I’d need to have a bit more presence to do that I think. Right now I’m in the middle of switching careers and my output is much lower than it was, but once that’s done in the next month or so I’ll be much more frequent in my uploads. When that happens, I’ll definitely keep patreon in mind. Thanks again. I’ve got a video about 90% finished that I’ve been working on when I have scraps of time that will be out soon.

@@grimscribe6454 totally understandable! I dont want you to feel too much pressure, i just wanted to show my appreciation. I undersyand your lack of time and life can be crazy, but if you find the time, it would make me incredibly happy if you would do "Yhe bungalow house" by ligotti, its absolutely one of my favourites. Of course if you dont agree or simply are too busy to consider my request i totally understand!
