The Blind Idiot God. This reading makes me think of things I have experienced which have unmade me. Thank you, Grimscribe. Nothing else to do but, hoist up the ruck, grit my teeth and keep hammering. It can't last forever.

I'm curious about these experiences.

One of my personal favorites of Ligotti. I re-read this before a recent trip to New England, specifically Salem. His powers of description are mesmerizing. Thank you for reading!

Thanks. I’ve got a better mic setup now with a cheap noise reducing box to talk into. It’s not much, but it works a lot better than what I had before

As per usual, soothing. Would love it if could narrate Ligotti's The Conspiracy Against the Human Race (or sections of it, if you prefer). Keep up the good work.

Or maybe even the entire work! A huge undertaking but, it would be a massive contribution to everyone.

I, too, would very much welcome a reading of The Conspiracy Against the Human Race. Actually, I'd really enjoy anything by Ligotti that you'd care to narrate. This is one of my very favorite dark corners of the Internet. Many thanks for all you've done.

I read this macabre tale a long time ago but forgot its entire plot. It was like a waking dream in itself

I haven’t gotten too far into listening to it yet but this reminds me of The Music of Erich Zann, which is IMHO the best of all Lovecraft’s stories. I think I might actually have come to like Ligotti better than Lovecraft. He’s a better writer.
@grimscribe64542 жыл бұрын
I would agree with that. Some of my favorites are also music of Erich zann, and also the colour out of space. It’s one of his most complete tales that doesn’t ramble on and on repeating itself

Love these stories but do u guys know of any discussion forums where I can discuss Ligotti's work in greater detail. I didn't find anything like that on the official site.

Other than ligotti.net I'm not sure. The subreddit has 256 members (lol) and is as dead as this town.
