Using the work "talent" to describe an artist is doing them a disservice. This is a CRAFT. A skillset built by years of hard work and striving for excellence.
@TiffanyRay5 жыл бұрын
nobody is born with god like artistic abilities its not fucking magic, you learn and then you work and you repeat until you get good. So no artists aren't talented they are skilled anybody can be an artist its just that the majority of people choose not to do art cause they don't believe in them selves and think theyre automatically bad just because theyre not good from the beginning. Nobody starts off good you just get better with time and experience and lots of fucking practice. If people actually put elbow greese into things they wouldn't be complaining that theyre bad when they volunteraly choose not to create. unless your one of those child prodigy's who just so happen to be equipped with those advanced skillsets at a very young age then, no you aren't talented your skilled by learning and training and working. That goes for any type of work honestly

Not to burst your bubbles or anythjng, but only 2 or 3 prototypes are sculpted and painted in-house, while all final products are handled by offshore manufacturers( in most cases, china). A statue done with the professionalism shown in the behind the scenes vids will cost at least triple the amount SS is charging. However, this does not mean that the offshore production teams are bad. The variation between sample pieces and final products are easliy on an acceptable level.

As long as it is sealed, you can simply take off with rubbing alcohol and do step again. It will only strip down to sealed. Not very harsh. Now if you used something denatured alcohol, would strip thru anything. Seal often and if need be after every step to be able to take off if need be and I also would use rubbing alcohol simply to clean up the line with a point brush. (round)
@mg-ThisHandleIsSoStupid4 жыл бұрын
It is crucial to do in stages for other reasons, like to keep from "Re activating" the layer below. Say if you did a wash, like she does the 1st Blue one, and did NOT seal it before doing a second one, like the yellow she does, it is wet and would re activate the wash you just did, and as you aggravated it, with the sponge you would lift the old wash, and then the 2 would kind of mix together and and get all nasty. Seal and seal often.
