See anything this way is public. It's not private property. Cafes on the sidewalks to curb should never be blocked, its easement. Cities should get all it removed. The private business takes advantage generating revenue at the expense of the taxpayers. Cops enforcing the wrong laws. Busted!

That sidewalk is so narrow and further up the street there are planters directly blocking that strip. Restaurants taking over the sidewalk and road like that are annoying.

Love the 360. It is a wonderful tool for your security. It does not miss anything from any angle. Glad you have that because someone in the crowd will always try you up to find your weakness and how far they can push you. Even officer Dimwitt tried you up and violated your rights by putting his hands on you and physically restraining you and demanding ID when you clearly have not broken any laws.
