Sidewinder Nitro Fuel 20% 12% oil. New fuel. Switched from Byron's to Sidewinder.

Savox sv-1270-tg real good servo. Bones brew is the closest to byrons fuel i found. So much i got like 8 quarts byrons leftover been liking the bone's. Just add oil if your breaking in or buy their break in fuel. Nice setups!

O'Donnell is great fuel as well I used to used that but my local shops switched fuels. Everyone is going electric but I still love nitro tho I like electric as well. Thing is nitro and electric are 2 total different experiences. I'm ole school I guess. I don't like the headache that comes with nitro but you just can't beat the experience of tuning the engines and watching them perform! Nitros teach about combustion, carberator adjustment and so much more.

Use after run oil 4sure. These new fuels have great oil packages but you can never be too sure. If you last tune was lean than and you store your engine long periods not good. Don't buy into hype i just use lucas air tool oil for after run. Its made to cling to moving parts in air tools. Air tools get subjected to alot of water coming thru from air compressors this why air tool oil is the best imo. I use it in my dlc coated engines all day.

No need to switch , keep the 3.3 but if it gives you trouble put a OS carb on it. And will make the 3.3 better. But if yours runs fine then if its not broke dont fix it. lol

Don't use traxxas fuel or their plugs, there are all junk. Their glow plugs are cheap China plugs, use os plugs. Their fuel is 18% oil content which is way to high. Sidewinder fuel is a good glow fuel. If your truck is swaying from side to side like your talking about go with some thicker shock oil and stiffer springs. Nitro is king.

I run them all and my trucks like sidewinder the best out of everything I've ran and I've ran alot Idk why but it just does and it's easy to tune with it ill never switch again unless I have to

you should up your nitro % to 25 or 30% will run cleaner byrons 30% /11% is a perfect blend and a top notch fuel. traxxas top fuel is total trash and you should never run it on the regular. at 30% you will run cleaner burn smoother hold a tune better and at the same price.

get yourself a engine heater or use a heatgun or a hairdryer to pre heat your engine to around 200 will make starting much easier. specialy for that pull start t maxx.. nice rcs keep the videos coming...

The downfall of using 30% is engine life time. the engine will run at higher rpm than it can handle , cutting its life span. Compared to 20% which will always run below. It’s good to read your engines Manuel and see suggested nitro use.
