Hello 🤝 I am kind of trapped. My gymnastics coach gave me a lot of different exercises to achieve the "high angle" element. Over the course of 2 months, the number of repetitions has not increased even once, that is, not at all. Please tell me, should I ignore the number, continue training, is the number not a criterion in my case?

I think the duration of the holds are less important. Generally I believe in shorter holder (5-10 seconds) simply because it’s such an intensive movement. It’s hard to progress the difficulty with too long holds.

I would focus on shorter holds for the V-Sit. It's a very intensive skill, and so i have found that longer holds are not as effective. I would hold it for 10-15 seconds at most.
