unreal snap shot. Best I have ever seen. If you see the breakdown of a snap shot most will teach you to use your whole body but Crosby uses minimal twist and almost no leg drop and still snaps this lightning fast

Crosby may have "passed the torch" to McDavid as the league's Best player .... but above the shear numbers alone , Crosby possesses the Drive and Passion to LEAD any team he is on. And to me , Crosby is still the All around best player. He has that very rare ability to get Better in the games that mean the most. Could McDavid still become an all around true and complete leader and win when it matters most .?? Absolutely. !! But until then , Crosby is still in a league by himself.

Best in the league still, McDavid is close, but I still edge Crosby just by a bit. Crosby seems a little more complete of a player. I will give Mcdavid credit he is by far the fastest player in the league though.

Yeah sorry but the torch has been passed. McJesus scored 19 more points than Crosby last year. In fact, if you look at their 5v5 production McDavid scored 88 points on even strenght, against Crosby's 51. If anything, Crosby's point total is inflated by a really strong powerplay(38 of 89 points on it) of the Pens, where as McDavid and the Oilers are the complete opposite spectrum of the scale(20 of 108 points).

The thing with Crosby is he changes the entire dynamic of his line. Everybody on his line instantly becomes better because he has the ability to see and setup plays

Pectus 1 Mcdavid is a one sided player in his career at the moment because he’s still young and needs to develop on the other side of the ice. Crosby is a complete 2 way player. Points don’t tell the whole story, Crosby was putting up ridiculous numbers when he came in the league. Mcdavid doesn’t have 2 other players on his team who hit 90+ points. The point is if Crosby was on Edmonton he’d have the same point totals as mcdavid because Edmonton relies on mcdavid to create all the opportunities, Crosby has Kessel and malkin to help carry the load.
