Wonderful Piece. You are not only an exceptional player but an outstanding person for giving of your time and efforts to promote great trombone playing and help educate the world about top quality music. I too play trombone and come from a family of professional trombone players and professional musicians. I am the fourth generation of professional musicians in my family and my daughter who lives and works in NYC is a professional opera singer and vocal teacher.

@wysper36915 жыл бұрын
Matt Cheek hey I compose a bit too. My advice is to definitely learn music theory, scales, chords, and how notes interact and compliment each other. Also listen to your favorite style of pieces and or songs to get inspiration. Also, I think the biggest advice is to always work on it. I mean with practice...never stop practicing. Also don’t worry if it doesn’t sound perfect, just keep practicing your composing!
