She could've just gotten them and beat ghostface since she would've had the upper hand as her weapon would have been longer. She could have screamed and gotten others to come help. For anybody wondering why Tatum Riley wasn't a final girl is because Rose McGowan (Tatum's actress) was having 2 movies filmed at once which one was Scream and there were some scheduling issues between, the films so McGowan suggested that she will be killed off instead so she could film the other film. But honestly Tatum deserved to be a final girl.

Tatum is a final girl she deserves it. That’s why I hate billy and not Stu, Stu is an amazing boyfriend and you could tell he was hurt by her death even though he knew it was going to happen. They both deserved better, the only ppl Stu killed were Steve and Kenny. Who cares about them.
