Hello, when the software freezes and closes, is there a way to recover the data, like taking a backup, or should we just save frequently?

Unfortunately not. NX makes a strict distinction between memory and the hard drive. So you could create a file on a USB stick and remove the USB stick in the middle of the work. NX only gives an error message when saving. It also does not create shadow copies like Word. The only solution is to save regularly. Oh yes, you can set a save reminder in the user defaults: Gateway, General, Part, Interval for Save Changes Reminder.
