Hello sir I have one query I am using a v20 drive to run the conveyor speed setpoint I am giving on an analog input channel via plc 0-10 v ...now I have problem that when I gave 7 rpm which is my upper limit of rpm plc is producing 27648 counts but conveyor is running only on 5 rpm...can you tell me what should I do... thanks and pardon my English

I will look up the V20 parameters and post more, but I would first make sure the voltage at the drive is 10v. What is the gear ratio?

I looked up a parameter. Look at r754 and make sure it says 100 when you are trying to run at full speed. If it is saying less (71.4 for 5 rpm) then you can scale this value using p760. This difference seems like the difference between expecting to run the motor at 60hz (1785rpm) but it actually running at 50hz (1350). Make sure p310 and p311 are set correctly if you are trying to run 60hz.

Hello Jason, can you in next stream make tuning of Technology object for example for Position Axis? I think there is need some calculation as well, or in the end there is need to check trace if tuning its okay :)

I think I can definitely talk about it because it really comes down to how well your mechanical system and motor can respond. There are some things in the TO that are important to talk about in order to avoid errors. Thanks for the suggestion!
