This is a great instructional video, that’s why I’m commenting. Please keep this up! Another comment I would like to make is that the Level in the tank is not a function of the height of the tank in any way, it’s simply derived from the difference between the distance to the liquid surface and a known distance that represents an Empty point (Empty level, or Calibration Low point). Thus Level = Empty_distance - Current_distance.

@@waymamma yes, you are correct. However, In ultrasonic LT you need to enter Empty distance value and span value. And based on span value it gives you 4 to 20 mA output. For 4 to 20 mA output, span value will be more important. Thanks for your comment. Please let us know if you have any other questions
