if you want to create any sketch on surface then surface should be planar., in our example there is no surface that is planar

@@TechDesignsantosh at 13.36 I also created the datum plane as you created and then I drew sketch on the datum plane .since the datum plane is created at origin .and the origin is located at the center of sketch(bottle).my curve is appearing at the center.but you also created datum plan as I did.incase of yours it is appearing on the surface .why?

When I select the curves it don't get split and it will take full curve Even the cross curves selects along with the mirrored curve. Why it's happening everything is fine in sketching

use filter single curve with stop at intersection

If there are 2 non intersecting circles then use connected curves filters.. my statement is not work for all situations.. watch my other videos where I explained all filters and how to use them

why you didn't use pattern curve instead of mirror curve .if you will use the pattern curve then you didn't need to draw the spline wala section 2nd time which you did ofter mirroring the curve .

Aapne spline se curve draw kiye uske baad mirror kiya agar mirror ki jagah pattern feature ka use krke usko Z axis ke along pattern ke dege tho bhi tho bn jyega same figure do baar spline se draw ni Krna padega . Wahi puche aaisa kr sakte h na ?

Yes we can do that.. but some time after pattern when you do through curve mesh there will be error curves are not intersecting so its better reduce use of associative copies feature.

Could you just draw one sketch and use Pattern Feature to rotate the sketch around. This would save considerable time making less sketch's.
