I would love to see in your book an attempt to clear up misconceptions about the game industry and gamers. Maybe even show what the industry really thinks about the different types of gamers there are now.

2x books. the second one can write itself as you are writing your memoir. 'ooohhhh tat's be good the follow up'. I'd grab a Shane Satterfield book. if one book, find a dope editor/writing mentor who can help you really weave you industry experience into to your life story.

I’d say the best route for the book would be to focus more on the gaming industry side of it and your experiences so that it can reach as big an audience as possible. But, I’d love to read whatever you put out. For reference, I’d say Reggie’s book is a great example. I don’t think we’ll ever see streaming beat out physical consoles until some crazy innovation comes along to get rid of any latency. Like Matt says “it’s a solution in search of a problem”. If Xbox stops selling consoles, they’ll be the only ones. Playing new games is a nice attention grabber but I tune in for the people. I’d relate it to say LSM’s show Summon Sign. Sometimes those guys talk about nothing but older games but it may be their first time playing it or their current replay may give them new things to discuss in terms of today’s landscape. As for the older GTAs, they’re super annoying in parts because of how some of the missions were designed. I wouldn’t recommend them.
