For those who want to NOT waste your time. Learn a martial art that actually holds their weight in a real fight like Brazilian Jiu Jutsu. Every time an MMA fighter fights a “Kung Fu Master,” that “‘master” gets their ass kicked. Kung Fu is nonsense. But makes for good games and good movies
@AztecUnshaven2 жыл бұрын
@@coryburns4309 Feel free to tell Zhong Luo that at Dragonhouse lmao. He'll fold you in half little buddy. MMA fighters are mixes of everything, pure BJJ guys get their asses kicked constantly in MMA. What happened when Roger Gracie fought in the UFC? Zabit and Muslim Salikhov are both top UFC contenders and both are Kungfu guys by the way. Don't believe the hype when people call themselves "kungfu masters". The real Kungfu guys handle business without stressing about who calls them "master".

@@AztecUnshaven the masters of UFC, and almost ALL mma gyms teach a combination of BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing or Mua Thai, and wrestling. You think that's a coincidence that McDojo sports like Kung Fu and Karate are never included? I mean for crying out loud. A FAIRLY SHITTY mma fighter in China kicked the shit out of one of the most prolific Kung Fu "masters" on earth. The Chinese government even black listed him for that and made him paint his face. Kung Fu, Karate, these are martial arts that rarely get practiced with full force, so they rarely know how to behave when in a real fight. While something like BJJ or Judo can go full force every lesson, consistently. You want to practice your old man sports like Kung Fu or Tai Chi... go for it. But to pretend that it's effective against any real fighters is hilarious.

Can't wait to fire this up on PS5. Seems to me they sort of sacrificed elements of gameplay for realism, not in a bad way. Reminds me of how Red Dead 2 had a lot of things that were so immersive, they became slightly annoying from a gameplay standpoint. I took martial arts for years, so the patient aggression, the hiding of visual cues, the need to learn on the fly and sometimes the hard way are all realistic aspects, that i can see being annoying to some from a gameplay perspective. Frankly, I want to play this game more knowing that. lol

I think it is a great game that is far too little. There are just 5 levels and it costs 40 euros and while I enjoyed it, it was impossible to get out of mind the suspision that this system is designed to pad out a game that is far too short. Either it needs to be less expensive or add some challenge or arena mode so I get to enjoy some raw gameplay without just replaying levels I have played so many times already. And damn this needs some training mode where you can spawn enemies and bosses you have beaten to train fighting them. So my advice is wait for sale/for some content updates.
