Nice! I carry a P229R during most days & hours of the day. Usually a 1911 for the other days/hours. My first 229 didn't have a rail, the current one does. I think it looks better without the rail.

Just baught my first SIG M11a1. It was used but in mint condition. Haven't taken it to the range yet. Can't wait to take it to the range. Definitely my dream gun.

I got my 228 in December 1993. My 228 is the very first handgun that I bought. Haven't shot it in 15 years or so. I will never sell it for sentimental reasons.

I bought an unissued police buyback P229 in .40 S&W a few years ago. I carried it for a year, and it’s my nightstand gun now. I’m thinking about getting a 9mm conversion barrel, but I already have a P226 SAO Legion I 9mm. Cool Video! 👍👍👍👍

I have a 229 and this. There is just something you got to love about the 228. It's a no frills pistol that just operates.

I carry this gun every day, have 2k+ rounds through it. Only 1 malfunction at the range with Barnes +p 115 grain ammo. I'll give the gun the benefit of the doubt that shot sounded significant quieter than the others, and failed to cycle the slide. Possibly an ammunition problem rather than the guns fault. Got mine used on gunbroker with an E2 grip, and sig custom shop trigger job, paid $900. Overall my favorite pistol I've ever owned.

I cut my teeth on a Series 1 Browning Hi Power in the early 60s and to this day, I still load and reload right-handed, even though I'm a lefty. I love Sigs. If I'm pushed for time, I fire right-handed - being ambidextrous is handy, sometimes!

Good Morning The Ol~1911... I have had three M11-A1's an FDE NIB that I kept, a New Black that I sold and a Factory Refurbished Black that I put CT Laser Grips on, carried for a while then sold off when i needed some cash to build my Pole Barn! Quality Pieces but still the 1911 owns my cooler weather carry heart ';-)

I wish the Security Six I sold decades ago could come back my way. LoL. I find it interesting that a lady would carry this model. What did she decide to go with after this one? I wouldn't mind owning this Sig model at all. I was in the Navy for 25 years and it would be a nice model to have. Good video.

I think the M11 a1 is sublime and such a better gun than the legion ! All you pistoleros that need all that tactacool crap on your gun can have it! Along with the crappy finish and the to small controls. And you don’t buy a challenge coin you earn one !

I just gun makers would laser etch the barcode, not stickers a on my Sigs. M11 was my carry gun until my EDCX9 arrived.
