I got lucky and found one in stock on release day for $399 and $10 shipping at Rifle Gear. I just received it today because they had to wait for my LGS to send a copy of their FFL. I took it to the range and fed it Winchester M22, CCI Stangers, and 21 year old Remington Golden Bullet. I had 2 misfires from the M22, but I reloaded them and they fired. The M22 is consistently hot, and the Golden Bullet is consistently inconsistent, but even with several weak rounds, the P322 cycled them all.

Thanks for the review G&A, I want one, but am going to be patient and wait until more stock becomes available. Hopefully vendors will price compete a bit once there are more out there.

3:56 Noticing on a couple of videos, what's the deal with the finish wearing off on the front of the slide? Why is this happening if more than likely they're not even being holstered? Is this why there seems to be no guns to be found? Someone needs to do a video on this abnormal wear. There is a problem with the finish if it's looking like this so quickly.

Dang. You weren’t kidding when you said you wanted one. Sounds like it’s been fairly reliable with just about everything. I like to break all my 22’s in with CCI AR Tactical. The rounds are just a hair shorter but still high velocity

Just out of curiosity with your ppq 22lr have you had any issues with case bulging at the rear end of the case on spent brass? I had one that I sent back for repairs and they ended up just replacing the entire pistol but the new one does it as well

Can you do a size comparison between the TX2/ and the P322? I really prefer the SIGs capacity and name, but the Taurus sure seems to have proven itself. At this point, I’m probably gonna go with whichever is smaller. NOTE: the Keltec P17 cost me $179, and it’s been 100% reliable through 3-4K rounds of CCI standards and some 42gr Gemtech. Definitely a great value gun.

@@gunsaccessories8853 Ironically I just bought my second TX22. They are great guns at least until they break. My first one is still going strong. My theory on the slide breaking is from people cycling the slide. I have made an effort to not overly jerk it back to far and so far. Zero issues and no sign of wear in the frames from the slide over traveling. Who knows maybe hot rounds might do it. The bulk of shots fire in the first were with a can.

@@UncleDanBand64 I guess it could be a "Fun Gun" 4 plinking. But why spend Sig money on a 4 Fun "Toy"....there are a bunch that are more budget friendly...same thing with the Glock 44...Why spend up?

@@MA-lq6eb Well, true but...lets say you carry a pistol with an optic for EDC. This might be your best bet to get in cheap practice or if someone was going to carry 22LR for protection. I have been sending a ton of 22 downrange. In my 22 pistols and my CMMG Conversion kit for the AR. It is fun and great practice.

@@jamesroe9886 Umarex produces 22LR replicas of firearms under the Walther, Smith, and Ruger brands, as well as their own proprietary 22LR designs, along with airguns and BB guns.
