I have two, one on my gravel bike and one my road bike both in 1x configs. I have had zero issues and haven't needed the scaling after the latest firmware update. I have had them for two seasons and have no issues whatsoever, they have been solid in rain, snow, crazy gravel adventures, backpacking. Amazing value, I see almost no reason to get the Quarq one over this unless you have money to burn. There is not even an issue with functionality with using the sram AXS web service. Amazing product, amazing product 100% recommended.

Shane - based in no small part on your hands on review I purchased a AXO for my gravel bike just before the new year and received it within 2 weeks here in Northern Japan... GREAT service from Jonathan at Cycling 100... My Merida Silex is a BB386 EVO frame along with a 1x Di2 GRX groupset and I ended up adapting a XT M8100 crankset by using a Token Ninja BB with a single 2mm spacer on the non-drive side of the BB and a custom 3D printed 2mm spacer between the spider & the drive side crank arm to give me a 50mm chainline... ( GRX is 49.7 ) - additionally I usually run pedal spacers and the increased Q-factor of the XT crank has eliminated that requirement... So far, this set up works excellent and in the absence of an affordable or non-bodge power meter set up I am very pleased with the results... We're in full winter mode now in Sapporo, so no outdoor testing but indoor testing proves the AXO is consistent with my Kickr Snap... I was originally contemplating the Favero MTB Pedal hack that you outlined but there's just a few concerns - least of which would be carving up the bottom of my Northwave shoes - and it's literally half the price to go the Sigeyi AXO route...

Having 2 of them and compared with Assioma DUO (gold standard) and know they are reliable, even tough they had some little ups and downs on their FW updates/history. Subtle changes, but now it seems they nailed it. The almost "cousin" Xcaday (spider) is very similar but slightly less constant and required a scale factor correction.

I have one on a gravel bike for a little more than a year. Have had unusually high readings on some rides during the winter (6 months ago, in southern hemisphere). At the end managed to isolate the problem to happen on very cold days early in the morning, when the bike had spent the night stored on a warm interior space. So it seems that the temperature compensation is not continuous and happens only at startup / auto zero operation. Maybe that issue had been solved on the latest firmwares; seems to be a lot more consistent now.

If You have an accurate PowerTap G3 rear wheel You will have the similar difference as loss. the 3-5% diff is too high imho.
