Dear WaTer, Please don't worry - just slow it down a bit for now, and practice it with your metronome, paying attention to beautiful tone and connectivity on all slurred leaps. You can set your metronome to click on every 3 notes, every 6, once every measure, every other measure, etc. I definitely practice this way! I know I commented like 42 minutes ago but I just notice the b# and I’m kind of confused what is b#(i tried to search up, but nothing comes up) can you tell me what specifically the finger of it?

Sure! I’m glad you asked - it is the same fingering as a C natural. Generally speaking, the rule is that a sharp in front of any note means you raise the natural version of that note 1 half step up. So in this case, 1 half step above B natural is a C natural. Best of luck and let me know if you have other questions 😊

Can incoming freshman make All-State I really want to I made to the middle band in ms region 9th chair with only 7months of playing flute self taught my teacher was kind enough to let me switch from sax to flute now its been 1 year of playing flute I hope I can make it to all state my mom said she would buy me a new flute if i did
