A good one by Avenged Sevenfold would be M.I.A. Syn said in an interview that he probably considers that one the hardest solo for him to record. But in his words it's because it's not his normal style and it puts his fingers into spots that he's not used to.

This was meant as humourous comment form Brad but for person who is intimate with sweep picking as he is, Necrophagist solos should be rather easy to play. Suicmez solos are mostly comprised of sweeping arpeggios over standard shapes with occasional tapping. So if you are fluent with sweep picking, it's almost like sweep picking practice session. That being said, while sweep picking is almost black magic to me as shitty guitarist I am, I think Paul Gilbert'esque alternative picking solos are harder as they might require better two-hand coordination.

RIP to Ralph Santolla, who wrote what looks to be your most difficult solo. He brought an all new kind of magic to Deicide, before leaving this mortal coil. His solos are a thing of legend. Every single solo on The Stench of Redemption is superbly written, extremely technical, and full of color.
