New CIF system is so broken. 2-8 teams and other teams who lost every league game still made playoffs.

@@Goldengamer444 for them it went that way. I know other teams around the San Gabriel Valley that are usually div. 3-5, but they still make the playoffs in divisions 8 or 9. You have other teams that play out of their minds and it feels like their year, but playing that well moves them up divisions. It’s all odd.

Bishop ain't what it used to be. That whole area is dying. The only constant has been West Covina and Northview due to the park programs in the area. The old powerhouses are struggling though
