Idk if it’s the adapter on the Sigma that makes it look a little soft or hazy, but seeing this, if I had to choose, I’ll pick the Panasonic Leica. It captures more details, colors are excellent and even though it’s really sharp, it can be softened in post to give you a more organic film look. Native lenses for MFT are really up there in quality. Nice video.

J ai une petite question quand l 'objectif 12-60 n est pas sur le boitier (GH5)est il normal que quand on bascule l objectif de haut en bas on voit la lentille qui se ballade en faisant un un leger bruit? Hello friend! You have very beautiful shots, but I think there is one problem with the Viltrox adapter, the frames lose contrast. If you glue the inside of it with velvet paper that absorbs light, the contrast will become greater while maintaining the grace of the glass, and it's really good, I have one. Maybe I'm wrong, but I had such an experience with Chinese adapters. That's why I'm trying to use Metabones now, they are much more stable. Have a nice day! Personnellement, étant plus un technicien de l'image qui a traversé le temps depuis les années 90, le 12/60 est beaucoup plus efficient. Le piqué et les détails de l'image sont bons, la fidélité des couleurs élargie beaucoup plus les possibilités, ce que ne permet pas le 12/35. Et si l'on veut obtenir le velour et la patte de ce dernier avec le 12/60, il suffit simplement de taper dans un 422 10bits et on obtient une amplitude dans la colorimétrie qui permettra beaucoup plus de possibilités en postprod, chose qui sera beaucoup plus difficile une fois les images figées sur le capteur via le 12/35. Et pour ceux qui me parleront de luminosité et d'ouverture à 35mm, taper dans l'ISO aujourd'hui n'est plus un problème, le post-traitement avec des outils comme NEAT ou Denoizer donne de très bon résultats. Ce n'est que mon avis, je me fais vieux depuis mon BEP audiovisuel, mais je reste à jour des technologies qui défilent chaque décennie 😉 Merci à toi pour ce beau comparatif, surtout le vis à vis qui permet vraiment de voir les différences entre ces deux objectifs.

Thank you House Vibez for watching this video. Yes Leica work outdoor very well but for more cinematic look you can use a diffuser like mist 1/8 or 1/4. It don't need adapter for BMPCC4k.

Je possède 16 objectifs mais le 12-60 n'en fait pas partie. J'ai acheté le Sigma 18-35 (et Viltrox) il y a 18 mois juste pour faire des vidéos. Mes Pan / Leica 12-35 et 35-100 sont mes objectifs pour le voyage, ils sont compacts et légers et parfaits pour la photographie et peut-être pour la vidéo occasionnellement.

@@ChrisFilmmaker J'ai découvert que l'objectif 35-100 est parfait pour la photographie de football lorsqu'il est fixé à mon G9. L'AFC fonctionne très bien mais pour la vidéo j'ai utilisé mon Samyang 85 t1.5 (et Viltrox EM F2 2).

I think the sigma could have been dirty or with fingerprints on the glass, I can't believe it looks so smooth, I have one too and it doesn't look like that. It could have been an inadvertent mistake, I can't believe so much difference in contrast and color

Have you the leica 12-60mm? Like you it was a big surprise, but lens was clean and i see the same result with leica 25 and le sigma 18-35. For me it's because the leica 12-60 is native and sigma 18-35 i use a vitrox ef-m1. Watch comments below several filmmaker had see the difference!
