I somewhat resonate with this although I wouldn’t consider myself a true sigma, but rather a product of my circumstances. I’m 24, I have an autoimmune disorder that I’ll never be free of, my family has a history of mental problems, and I have had to watch all of my grandparents, both of my uncles, two of my aunts, and my father die in the past 4 years. For the longest time I have not felt like a real person, but as time goes on and I continue to endure, things seem like they may be different. I thought happiness was lost to me, now I realize that in order to be happy you must first believe in the possibility of happiness. Let the dead be at peace, but for as long as I continue to draw breath, I must live and be happy.

For me, I'm simply not interested in getting involved with most people. I see them as burdens that bring trouble into my life. What’s the point? Most people are blessed with all their limbs and senses, so they can take care of themselves. I choose the people I want to be with and treat the rest respectfully, but that’s where it ends.
