That just means an agent did a shitty job and is asking for a lawsuit, and the same thing can happen in any department that has authority. That doesn’t mean that authority is intrinsically bad, and somebody is always going to fuck up whether intentionally or not that’s just life. The main issue here would be accountability. Lastly, no offense to the fellow in this video whom doesn’t seem the brightest, but if he’s a racist, then that doesn’t mean that everyone who supports ICE is a racist too. I certainly am not amused by any citizens getting their rights violated, regardless of whether they’re Mexican, Haitian, etc. There are most definitely countless immigrants who need our help, and the illegals breaking through the system are ruining it for everyone else. I’m Hispanic, and honestly, this doesn’t offend me at all. If you’re here in the U.S. legally and genuinely respect the rule of law-which, by the way, is why I went through the legal process to become a citizen when I moved here from my home country-I came here seeking a better future, better education, a safer society, and, above all, law and order. I wanted to raise my family in the best possible environment, and the United States was always a dream of mine. That's the value I try to instill in my kids. So, why would I be offended? What really gets under my skin are the deportation protests in LA, where protestors burned the U.S. flag and proudly waved the flags of the very countries they’re fleeing from. Blocking streets, insulting people, vandalizing property-seriously? And the most disgraceful part is how LA law enforcement didn’t properly document, arrest, or prosecute the lawbreakers. As for the young manager, sure, he made a foolish decision-but not because of the message itself. He works for a company, not for himself, so posting a sign with his personal views without approval was a rookie mistake. That’s a basic rule in corporate America, so it’s probably time for him to face the consequences. But honestly, I don’t see why everyone’s making such a huge deal over this sign.
