That was maybe one of the grossest things to come out of my skin (or truly, from my ear. Haha). I loved this facial with Biba. For everyone asking, she charges $300 for a customized hour-long treatment. We also have an episode of The SASS with Biba on how to gua sha at home soon! ❤️

She did a great job but this is overpriced and a way to sell a lots of products. Health professionals, like physiotherapist charge as much or less and are very important. As woman we pay too much for beauty and then we neglect what is really important, salary equity, retirement funds or health for example. It could cost much less; be confident , stop waiting for others validate who you are, beauty is from within.

Gracie Banks don’t do it “just before” to avoid breakouts and reactions and flare ups on your big day. Do it a month before to let your skin heal properly and have you glowing before your wedding day.

If you want to clear your skin of black heads; prevent them . Whenever I ate sweet potatoes, I noticed that my pores had released a lot of sebum, It is like my skin had renewed, my skin looked clearer. Sweet potatoes prevent the blood sugar from spiking and promoting inflammation. Their content in vitamin A is probably why the skin looks so good after you eat them. Also earphones rub against the skin in the ear and prevent the sebum from escaping through the pores, then the pores enlarge and the sebum oxidize (becomes black).

Daniella, there’s some great demos on KZbin and you can get your jade stone on Amazon. I’m doing it now and I love it! Not sure and the exfoliating part Biba mentioned, it’s meant to used as a lymphatic drainage tool. I the tool with a jade roller for $10 on Amazon. Woohoo!

Elon Musk in a treatment, raising the pH is another form of softening the cells to help with exfoliation, as well as extractions. It is simple, but a sodium bicarbonate solution is effective and can have a purpose.

If you don't blackheads in your ears. Wash that area as you would the rest if your skin and rinse them but don't put water inside your ears though. Let it run.

That is not plastic, they are usually made of Jade or Rose Quartz and they are great tools for the skin!

Brogan and Tegan X a lot of spas will actually do facials on 14 years olds and some places do even younger and have special kids facials. I would look at the places near you and what they offer facial wise and talk to you parents.
