As of now Both project prices are almost same depending on unit to unit. But in signature 93 there are no plots, so all floors facade will be same and i think all floor buyers will get possession at almost same time. So there will be no problem of ever going construction that happens on private plots.so may be signature prices will compete with DLF near possession.

@@Middleclassbuy agree but no other DDJAY has planned the way DLF planned front and back both sides 9-10 mtr road between 2 plots gives better ventilation and toilet in basement is only given by DLF so you can use that also as living room or office space as per the need. Entry from 84 mtr wide road is also an added advantage.

@@rohit1749 right. Both projects have theirs own pros. Personally i like that signature provide full terrace rights to 4th floor owner. Full terrace can be used in multiple ways now a days.

Both have their pros, I personally like the SG93 location better than DLF. Also As mentioned all will be of same facade, layout and will be delivered at the same time.
