Yea I've been playing with this to help my son who just started wrestling. All his jiu jitsu went out the window now that he's wrestling so I had to show him this video to prove to him that back mount and hooks can be used. Some kids never listen to their parents.

Fight the pain and crawl forward. Shift and wiggle your hips so they can't sit on them and pin you down and do the figure four on your leg.
