My computer is trying to open the download in my photos on my Mac. I tried right clicking to open in a different program but no such luck.

Darn. Try right clicking the photo then select "open with" and select Lightroom. Make sure to check "always open with" so it becomes the new default. Good luck!

I need an explanation lol I thought yellows was in charge of skin tones? How are you adjusting it and it’s not affecting the skin tones?

Hi Maribel! Skin tones are mostly found in the reds and oranges, however the yellows will have a small effect. The lighting in your photo will also effect where the skin tones land a little bit - For instance if you take photos in an area surrounded by green grass and green trees, the skin tones will have some green in them. But most of the time the reds and oranges are 95% of whats going on for skin :)

Hey Sam! Try right clicking the preset instead of double clicking. You can then select "open with" - select Lightroom. OR its possible you might need to right click and rename the preset and add ".lrtemplate" to the end of the file. For help installing presets, there are also a ton of tutorials on ytube too!

Hi Toastie! The preset is a .lrtemplate file, so you install it the same way you would with any other lightroom presets. Alternately if its not working for you, import the DNG file into your library and then save those settings as a preset. Either will give you the same results!
