I live in California. It appears that the UK/Europe are more accepting of those who are coelic and those who are gluten intolerant/sensitive, then the United States. So many more products available.

Italy was so good for gluten free. We ate most nights at La Soffitta renovatio as per your recommendation and it was AMAZING!

Becky, come anytime to Australia but you don't really want to do a book signing on a beach - you'd fry! - it looks much nicer than it really is! LOL I'm loving the Facebook page and the videos so much because I now have so many more places I want to visit when next in the UK and an entire village of peeps who understand my life! I too would adore a signed book but not sure how that would work since I've already pre-ordered? Sandie, Melbourne, Australia (currently in springtime here but is as Baltic as Scotland in Winter right now! LOL)
