Feelings are only as good as their expression. If a man has feelings yet chooses to hide them, to me, he is not choosing them, and that is as good as he is not feeling them. All people are equal at the end of the day, no one is better or more worthy than the other, regardless of appearance, status, or history. Men who put out hints and actively make you fall for the sake of making you fall, I know society downplays this but this emotional and psychological assault. If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away. If he doesn't, nothing can make him stay. Paying attention to their guessing games is a waste of time.

In my life, I apply one rule: when a man wants to do something, he does it, and when he doesn't want to, he doesn't call, write or fulfill his promises. Every man is individual, you can't compare them all in the same way. Everyone expresses their feelings in different ways: for some it is actions, for others it is hugs and kisses. We all know about the language of love. Here are general signs that he loves you: - He knows details about you, such as your birthday or your favorite flowers - He officially declares that you are his girlfriend - He looks you in the eyes when he talks to you - He gets a little jealous when you talk to other guys - He stands up for you (even when you are wrong) - He is there for you when you need him most - He wants to meet your family and your friends
@Tonytayloring Жыл бұрын
You see, men are victims to expressing his feelings directly to women before. And what do they get from those girls in return? 'Ohh what a simp, he's got no game!' 'What? He's so easy confesses to me like that no challenge at all' 'So blunt and direct, expressing interest so fast what a huge turnoff!' 'Since he like me I'm going to test his neediness and see how much he's willing to chase me' All these sound familiar? Some of these women can be downright immature, who only want an answer right here and now and when she does have it, she rejects him. If a man wants you nothing can keep him away.. thus when he chases her more, it got escalated to harassment. Many times it isn't the guessing games they're playing. They're guaging to see if your interest in him matches the same level as his. Not all women are capable of direct heart to heart conversation. And also, being fear of rejection does not equate to not being able to keep his promise

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. Generally, women are even more social than men are. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone. Women tend to be more emotional, more caring, more empathic, more compassionate, more affectionate, more loyal, more nurturing, more understanding, more sympathetic, more sensitive, more kind hearted, more peaceful, more calmer, more gentle, more expressive, more intuitive, and more outward than men are, and thus bond more with other women in a special way that they can’t with men. Men, on the other hand, are not that emotional, and thus can’t bond with other men in a special way. Women are more comfortable being around with other women than they are with men. They have a type of bond that usually men with women won’t really have, or with men and men. Men are usually much lonelier than women are. Men don't often talk about their personal problems with their male friends like how women do with their female friends. Females produce a lot more oxytocin than males do. And that's a reason why women tend to hug a lot more and be a lot more physically affectionate than men do.

Im going through this now...We met two years ago....and spent four hours sat on a bench...falling in love. Kept on touch for two years....live two hours apart....life has been happening. He lives in St.Ives..I live in Saltash Cornwall. We had a perfect day together last week...finally. omg!! He is awesome. Just the perfect day and we didn't want it to end. Are we dating now? Yes, we were intimate...didn't want to be platonic anymore ..mutually ready. He is keeping in touch ..and it looks like we will meet up again in a month. He felt like a soul mate two years ago....I want to know everything..his messages are very pleasant. Kind of like they were...what we are doing ..etc etc...I want him. Life is now...I can't be guessing. Due to betrayal my confidence isn't what it was...expected to come back and not see him again. My heart can't take anymore losses. But they day we had last week....oh boy, if I never saw him again, it was a day you couldn't repeat.

But, it’s also a question of “into me, with what intention”. Even with this video, sometimes, with some guys, it can be hard to parse out whether there are mind games, with one night stands in mind or something more honorable. I once had a guy after me and it went on for a few years. But, he was a hard read, for sure. When he finally tired out, he blurted out that 3 letter word - sex. He blew it. Because it made me feel as if all that effort and maneuvering might’ve only been about sex. I was more mad, than flattered, although I had all sorts of things dancing around in my head, too. I often wondered if he thought to himself, “Welp, I guess I destroyed that opportunity.”

One thing also, we ladies need to be careful with or mindful of there are nice guys out there that are just being nice, It is possible to mistaken nice stuff or kindness for something more than that. I have been definitely guilty of that. We also can end up misinterpreting actions or words. We grab, twist or seek out hidden treasure where none really exists. When in fact he is just being nice. Then the let down hurts like hello baby! Ouch!

@@darcyroyce I was making more of a general statement. There are times when one unexpectedly develops feelings for someone who had been a friend and then one can over Analyze anything they do or say to turn it into something other than being a nice guy. This was not a con artist or anything like that. I always feel like a fool when I do this. I feel so guilty for caring about someone when they don't feel the same way about me. I don't WANT to RUIN a friendship or lose their respect. Right now I am trying to put this person back into the proper zone - the just friends zone. I still have feelings for him. I still care about them deeply and am very drawn to them. But it is wasting time and energy to care about someone when they don't share the feelings. Right now I am trying to dust myself off and focus on things that I like to do and over schedule myself- so I will be too busy to even think of them. I know I am enough on my own and I will be fine. I just got to forget about them that way.

Your analyses are interesting and likely accurate for many people. I appreciate what you’re revealing. But I’m more like, just find someone who’s really compatible with you, then cut out the games, and go out and enjoy life together as besties. The rest will flow naturally, especially once trust and familiarity cultivate genuine mutual appreciation and respect. There are many types of love, it’s not best to put the romantic type first because that’s the one most likely to blind you.

I've recently re-entered the dating sphere, and let me tell you most guys LOVE straight-forward open communication, and if you ask for the same they usually give it. I was really surprised by this to be honest. But if you tell them exactly what you want, you're more likely to get it.. or will find out very quickly if they're unable to give it. It seems that A LOT of us are very scared of rejection and being judged, sometimes to a fault, and I think that causes us to hide away our wants or going after what we deserve from the world. Be unapologetically you, keep your standards high (within reason people!), be honest and open, and the right person will find you :)

For me a stable feeling happens with the connection built up gradually as long as there's a basic level of attraction (I also don't believe we could only find one person attractive despite gender). Otherwise, it's the other man's PERCEIVED myself instead of my true self. His hidden feelings might be centered around his imagination of me. We might be classmates or colleagues, yet this is still different from forming a romantic association, including hanging out. I can't see anything wrong to approach your romantic interests in a direct way. Indeed, confidence might mean they don't fear of loosing you, but it's also important to know a healthy affection tends to form after you get to know more about the other person, not before you could even have a coffee together. This type of partner tend to be less passive-aggressive and unreasonably clingy in a relationship as well.

As per your title of your message on KZbin, if that's the situation then he is the only one aware of it and therefore he is the only person who knows because if love is not expressed and shown to the woman of his affection then his deep love for her will remain unknown to the woman. N.B. If you love a woman she would want the man to express it, say it and show it to her and to not other people, otherwise it will never be received or appreciated. Therefore when you truly love someone you GIVE hence as written in the bible John 3:16 "For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Thank you for these tips! I especially appreciated it when you had me thinking about how a Guy will test to see if a Woman will be interested in him and seek Him out! 👍 I've noticed that I've recently hesitated in choosing a particular Guy from the 3 guys I'm pretty sure our interested in me. Partly because I'm having a hard time moving passed the guy I dumped (yes I did the dumping because I thought it was the "right" thing to do at the time) and then the 3 guys I've gotten to know recently. In the past I've looked forward to dating, and in some ways I still do, but I think because I've said "No" 3 different times, I'm afraid to invest in someone else again, because I'm not sure if I want to invest my time, energy, and emotions into something that will end. I know I have to keep trying until I find the best match for me and Mr. Right (By that I mean someone I am can fully commit to.) , but I just don't want to keep investing and then saying "no". So hopefully I can get over my discouragement and try again.

Dated someone for 4 months . We saw each other a lot because we worked together. He came on strong and we were having a wonderful time . Eventually he pulled away a bit and when I would question he would shut down. Not the best communicator with his feelings . His life got busier and he wasn’t fitting me in nearly as much. I was pretty heartbroken and questioned him a couple of times and eventually we split. Now have to see him daily at work . He flirts all the time , and even tells me I’m beautiful. Why? Does he miss me , want to try again, or just enjoys sex with me ? Never in my life have I experienced this behavior and I’m 52 years old !

Sounds like a player, he doesn't actually love you, you deserve better
@allthingsjana7870 Жыл бұрын
Yeah same happened here although we don't work together. These men can only manage 4 months of dating as they are not the committed types.

Sounds like he only wants to show affection to you whenever ~he~ has time/whenever it's 'convenient' to him.. 😏 And he suddenly has more 'time' to do that, because you're technically split up..but when you were together then he doesn't find time.. Guess he can't handle commitment.. Sucks.

This seems more for people who are newly dating. So, I don't think "deep" feelings apply here. What signs are there when you've been dating for awhile and they've said they have feelings, but haven't actually told you they love you? Are there clear signs he's in love?

a sign he‘s in love to me is he does small stuff like hold the door for, is always considerate and tries to start conversations and while he does it you look at him and you just can see it’s no egoistical agenda, it’s love, it’s for you. and it certainly can make him shy or nervous :) that’s what i picked up so far but i‘m only 22

as far as i could observe by pretty many example men who labeled themselves as „loving“ me, i‘d say the safest sign is if he just acts like any person who likes the other, just engaged and attentive and loving. if he is distant instead of this or seems unengaged you dont believe if he says he‘s in love. or if he seems like his mind is somewhere else than where we are. but the same goes for any friendship or family member i think it’s pretty helpful to simplifyit like that 😘

@@bathemeinchampagne We are far beyond interested. He has said things that indicate to me that he is in love, but I may be misinterpreting them. Also, we are in a long distance relationship, so that adds a layer of complexity. We don't get to see each other but every 2-3 months.

@@mada_elena-q6s he approached me for the first time not long ago to pass on some information as we work close by and that was the first time we actually spoke, I was in a little state of shock he made me so nervous I couldn't believe he was right there standing in front of me...
