Ive run my own business, employed others and been employed. carry flat pack furniture in tight skirts and heals. Wear a skirt while putting it together without exposing my knickers. Someone did try to play me. I told them go.. Date as many women as they need. Im busy living my life. (I did wear my heart on my sleeve)

I never considered that I might have had "masculine " traits in my actions, I would just handle what needed to be handled. I've often tried to encourage others to do the same and have been frustrated that they couldn't or wouldn't do it. Guess it's normal for me to be that way. Lol. These videos are so validating and therapeutic!!!

Im sorry its not all rainbows and puppydog tails. These videos although can be positive, gives people the idea that we are some kind of personality ninjas, in reality its very difficult to have these traits, so just wanted to point out that as sigma has strengths, we struggle with our own weaknesses, just like everyone else. People dont really like it when you are direct. They find it rude. Or your a know it all. We dont really care enough to change, but it does make interactions hard enough we will keep them to a minimum unless necessary to not drain our energy, as hard as we are on others and our drive with others, we are 10× harder on our expectations for ourselves, so that drive does appear masculine, i believe because in society we usually only see that drive in men. But thats just my personal perspective@TheRareGems-ql8rm

Fishing, boating, swimming, sailing, iceboating, icefishing, camping, 21 day canoe trip, etc. I loved all these activities like a fish in water!!! I still do😁!!! I learned alot about auto mechanics & fixed my vehicles & did maintenance. Save $$$ when I DIY!!! I'm starting to think my mother was sigma, & maybe even my father🥰! Every human has masculine and feminine traits within their personality and a truly balanced person oscillates between these two energies every minute or second in a day. There are people that lean more towards feminine energy, the nurturer, and that includes males. Logic isn’t masculine but a sign of a critical thinker. The point is, balancing masculine and feminine energies is the Sigmas gift.❤❤❤

A healthy man or woman carries both male and female energies. It's a process called integration and one explored extensively by Carl Jung. You can have strong masculine and feminine traits and you need both to go far

I've often said we are a reflection of our environment. My Dad is retired SGM of the US Army. He taught me at a young age to never depend on anybody to do anything for you that you can't do for yourself. That stayed with me. In times of difficulties, such as divorce, I cherished the release of dead weight. A friend had to correct me from saying I don't need a man while in front of my son. After much revelation I stopped voicing such silliness. I would talk with my young son and feed him life lessons. I taught him what consequences meant. I taught him what deceit looks and feels like. I taught him to understand his emotions so they never rule him. He's 24, and continually blows my mind with the things he can express. I praise God for the gift and love of a son, especially knowing so many who have lost theirs.

People routinely misread us. Someone in my family, possibly my oldest sister or my mom, spread the rumor that I was gay, probably because they never saw what are considered overtly "feminine" traits in me. Those traits were always there, and I never questioned myself. At the same time I never "explained" myself to anyone either. My identity is mine, and mine alone. I had a friend from college who made this same assumption thought I didn't realize it at the time. We are no longer friends.

I consider myself extremely nurturing as well as warrior like. Maybe others don't see me as nurturing, but I do. When I'm around very feminine women, I do feel awkwardly masculine though. I live in Alaska where women are more self-sufficient as it is, so when I go to the lower 48 states, I think all the men are gay and the women are oddly fragile. 😆 I'm really curious who wrote the dialogue on all these videos. It seems like a sigma woman probably did. Maybe hired the man to narrate it.

How odd. The descriptions sound like me, but I never really thought about it. Men have often told me that I challenged them, but couldn't or wouldn't explain. In the Army, I was told that I was entering a "man's" job, and they've never had a woman working with them. I taught how to operate, maintain, and repair navigational systems for Blackhawks and Apaches, and Basic electronics. Didn't, and doesn't sound sexist to me. Oh well. I thoroughly enjoyed what I did. And not once did a helicopter ask if I was male or female. 😏

I have received vibes from people who seem to think I am masculine. I just accepted that I might be masculine and therefore inadaquete as a woman. But I never figured out what they were talking about. Apparently, men take exception to women making suggestions about how things should be done, figuring out why a specific phenomenon occured, taking control of situation when I had been assigned the lead position, etc.. I had one side telling me men are threatened by my intelligence and the other side assuring me they were not, they just didn't find me attractive. I am too masculine. Once, ballet lessons were suggested, but I had four years of ballet lessons in my youth already. Its a no win situation. If a woman opens her mouth to express an ponion, she's too masculine. Sorry, guys. I am whagt I am and I really kind of like it.

Sigma's are Empathic Pantomath's and aware that the title is just an analogy. It is the best comparative description of our specific character type. Some things that make us stand out are Intelligence Quotas of 130 or higher, possessing a great number of verifiable professional skill sets with 250 being a low number and the highest I am personally aware of is 1,600+. Our autobiographies would be in novel series not just a book. One of the most Primary traits we have is our level of being Empathic, and in chaotic situations we remain composed and calm, we grasp the total scope of the situation, troubleshoot any forecastable problems, have determined the best path for the solution and execute without pause. Not long ago, showing Sigma qualities came with a price because of the fact that we love our planet, we love our solitude, we do not Conform, and we do not succumb to Indoctrination of any kind.
