I agree, but I think what could make the difference is the length of time between these things and how rushed you might feel. So if he's doing all this in the first month, it's probably love bombing. But if it's steady and consistent over a few months it's probably genuine.

It’s on the woman to pace the relationship. Most (not all) love bombers hate you slowing things down because they want the fastest result for the lowest effort. Also, you setting boundaries is stressful to men so men that do not care about you will run away from that. For the rest of them they almost always tell on themselves so you have to pay attention to everything they do and say. If something sounds off then you have to process it to figure out the “why”. Don’t confront him with it. That’s your job. And if you determine deception then leave immediately.
