I'm surprised that US citizen was able to sponsor immigrants 6 times. I petitioned for immigrants twice through marriage. I also co-sponsored with a US citizen married to an immigrant. USCIS told me I was no longer allowed to petition or co-sponsor any immigrant for 10 years. Because they suspected marriage fraud.

I met my wife in India through my parents , got engaged there, and then after coming back, applied for her green card, which she got and is now in the US with me. I am a US citizen, by the way. Now its time to file for the reoval of the conditional status on her green card, form I751. Some of the documents that they have listed to prove that our marraige is not a sham is proof of joint property, or assets or bank accounts. We dont have any of these yet, I mean she has a bank account but that is only in her name. She has a driving license showing the same address as me. We have the marraige certificate from here. What other documents or proof can I send them so that they dont flag the petition

what do you do if you think your spouse had another spouse? At the point of consulate interview my husband was refused a visa.
