Its like 3% of 100 is 3 but 3% of 1000 is 30. It has been doing that every time they say 3% So dor example if they go by month we get 3+30+300+3000+30000….these aren’t the ACTUAL numbers hut an example of why they can say its going down but the prices keep skyrocketing.
