+Connor Games (ConnorGaming) Do you think that when someone says mastiff, they only mean English mastiff? I mean, I'm assuming cause that's most well known. A mastiff is not one breed. It's an entire subset of dog breeds. If you just say mastiff...tbh that could mean any one of them or mix of any of them. And yeah, as someone else said, the Dogue de Bordeaux breed is also called French mastiff. Sometimes even Bordeaux mastiff. And seriously, idk what it is but that one really is extra adorable.

My "therapist" in not a dog, but my cat. She's so sweet, always know when I'm feeling down and just comes to me, rubs herself to me, licks my hands, nuzzles my hands and face and just lets me pet her until I feel better. She always comes when I call her too, and likes to have nap with/next to/on top of me. She's such a nice, loving creature. Just thought I should share this because some people wrote comments about how evil cats are when in reality cats can be just as loving, caring and sweet as dogs.

I remember when I cried in front of my dog. Well she was a puppy at that time and she started licking my face and starting to sound like she was wanting to cry too. I looked at her and she was so adorable it just made me smile. She is just my joy and just seeing play and be happy ends up putting a smile on my face. I find it funny how easily she can make me smile. Plus when I see her play I just see this innocent fur baby being so care free. Like if her world is just sunshine so I can't help, but smile.

Lets all cut the act. Every loving dog owner talks to their dog. THEY'RE LISTENING AND RESPONDING YOU CAN'T CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE. I literally always talk to my dog on our walks, and I've seen other people do the same. Seriously, who walks their dog in utter silence, not listening to music, just walking?

I have depression and anxiety (including panic attacks) if I'm having a bad day (most days) they come and lay around me as the little ones like me and my 2 german shepherds cuddle me and we end up falling asleep. They also watch youtube with me, listen to me a even sit by the bath when I'm having a bath/shower. I love my dogs

My cats are my therapists :). If I cry, thats scares my cat Zelda away and she hides. However, once I stop crying, she's ready to come back and love me, which really helps me calm down. My other cat, Amie, is a kitten who usually runs around the house everywhere, but if I'm sad, crying, or curled up in a ball, she comes over to me, adorably rolls over, and stares at me with begging eyes. Whoever says that cats are uncaring animals just doesn't deserve their love ;P

Our family dog lyn lyn was the sweetest, most gentle golden retiver ever. I'd talk to her like that and she would put her paw on me. When she got cancer we were told two weeks. My mom got her the best puppy pain meds she could and made her chicken and rice everyday. We had our happy doggie for another 6 months. But finally we had to be good pet owners after she started tripping and not eating. I miss her so much. Her daughter (meimei) and granddaughter (momo) still live with my parents.

This video makes me so emotional, my dog Tacia died a couple of days ago and i couldn't even be with her when she passed away. I am in Brazil visiting my family and we couldn't bring her so i had someone to care for her while i was away, i'm so sad that i wasn't there by her side. We had 12 amazing years together and that makes me a little calmer. I love her so much.

One of my cats actually knows when I'm feeling anxious or sad or whatever he comes up to me while I'm laying in bed and purrs loudly and then starts to lick my face or climb on top of my head to play around or sleep whenever I'm feeling sad he just comes running and sleeps on my stomach or butt his head on mine! It's like he knows! And tries to radiate his happiness!

When I'm crying, my 2 month old kitten just stays there and watches me for 3 mins, then comes up to me and starts licking my tear stained cheeks as if washing them, lays on my lap, and starts purring. This is why I love my beautiful baby. He's a gray bengal kitten, and he's been my therapist in the 2 months that he's been alive, and I'm pretty sure it won't change even when he's 60 (in cat years).

Whatever breed you get, make sure to made off your needs. I highly recommend the book, "the good, the bad, and the furry." The DDB is generally laid back, but can be wary at strangers, and has a tendency to be stubborn. Moderate exercise, often rowdy as puppies but they mellow out as they age. ;)

Well, I have a cold hearted pet who listens to no one and only cares about food, and hates everything. Tears up, chews on, scratches everything I've ever loved. My pet is ruthless, merciless and will ruin your life. Lazy, trips me, and runs in between my legs when I walk around my house. I need to lock doors, buy extra-strength baby gates, and pray it doesn't chew on the antique chairs I love. She bites, scratches and growls at anything that moves. I fear my own pet. I have a bunny.
