i have to dissagree with this even though I like the intent. I have to say . Out of all the videos I watched yours is the least toxic,and most informative video I have watched ! My last gf and myself only almost 8 months ,it was semi long distance , 3 hour round trip.. we never fought had great communication, she ubruply ended things ! How do you know if it was an emotional reponse break up? Ours is a little funky but it happened because we were arguing too much for her and there is a lot of stress that she is currently going through at the moment. What if I don’t reach out to the ex and haven't for like 7 months, but the ex reaches out to me once a week?
