I have not met anyone as an animal doing squats as Tom Platz. The weight he moved and the number of repetitions he could do, and the perfect technique he said he learned with weight lifters.

Do rugby players take gear? I was thinking of trying out in Switzerland. But I don't stand a chance even with a 220 kg deadlift if that's the case
@MrSeanand Жыл бұрын
I'm sure there are in some cases but I play at a decent level and don't deadlift much more but then I'd be top 3-4 strongest on my team. depending on position some positions would only do power and speed work nothing too heavy

I miss the training George Leeman. I think his training advice has helped me quite a lot more than almost anyone else recently, while he's still a powerlifter he places a lot of emphasis on high reps and bodybuilding, and has some of the best talks on high vs low reps. I really wish he stayed on the scene as I think he was one of the best minds in the game.
