Thanks for making this video! Before learning weightlifting every winter squats and deadlifts alone would make me slower when the warmer weather rolled around. Being strong for parkour is great, but it isn’t worth it if you are slow

Makes a lot of sense, I’ve killed myself in CrossFit for many years and haven’t seen much progress due to never having a real off season, as iam not training for anything specifically right now how would you recommend programming off season work if there’s no “on” season on the horizon. Cheers lads

Just work legs as much as upper body and you won’t have to worry. That’s my experience at least

The objective is to not convert your muscle fibres from a 2 litre turbo petrol engine to a 3 litre non turbo diesel much better have the ability to rev high with BHP together. Sorry for the motoring analogy to describe
