I am a very bad Sikh but im a Sikh an I seek help please . after so many year i'v come to my childhood place in Birmingham looking for reunite,and change for better sikh hoping for to become part of the one and every one BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,its like the doctor says ,,you get better first an then I will give you the medication!!!!????

I agree that some Sikhs have become very cautious about spending too much time with people not on the path, but there are many who welcome newcomers. Go to the Simran Jaap session, chant Vaheguru and make small changes to spend more time in Kirtan and simran sessions

As you explained and gave example of doctor and medication I just want to say you have to start Simran or chant Waheguru or start sittting daily for some time peacefully in silence . If doctor gives u medication and you say the medicine is too bad or untasteful and you don't want to take it then you will never be better/healthy... you have to take decisions for yourself and have to decide which is good and which is bad for your future/life....

I know you doing very very only the best work by telling the truth to the ones who don't know or are not aware of it, but what about the ones who is falling in to the well of pain each an every moment wile holing the candle light in hand just because of the perfect Sikhs/ cuminitys cant alow them a chance or they think,, or we shouldn't even talk to the NAGUREH people because they will get infection
