ལོཎ་ཊོཎ་ནས། Londonney is a London based Tibetan independent, non-profit and voluntary group started in 2010 with a multi-cultural tribute concert and release of ‘songs of praise’ album on the occasion of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 75th birthday. Londonney produces and records interviews, events and issues concerning Tibet and the Tibetan people in the UK whenever possible and bringing it to wilder audience on social media through audio-visual medium.Londonney is currently producing two series;
'Mission for Tibet' / @mission4tibet is recording the stories of older generation of individuals who have contributed to Tibet and the Tibetan people.
'Tibetan Heritage' / @tibetanheritage is creating platform for younger generation primarily in London and UK to showcase the young Tibetan talents for preservation and promotion of Tibetan heritage in the UK.

1:05 that is a very important part in our Tibetan in exile, often times, when we introduce ourselves as Tibetan (Tibet) in international circles/ people. They assume we are from Tibet straight. And within that short period of time making a “ long story short” we introduced ourselves as, our parents fled in 59 through Nepal to India and we are born in India. Some even says tibetan are from Nepal, and Bhutan and that is because of similarities in our names as a person, secondly because of religion, our culture backgrounds are mostly the same including the upbringings, living because we are well mixed together and we can identify each other amongst us but I still think most of foreigners might not.
