I am from kalkatta ( very very sad situation in Silcher. Before 37 years back in Silcher my native collage Cathar College , now in kalkatta we are settle.So it is high submerged in whole area, so extremely silver lining in this operation, on the other i pray to Lord (Buddha) safe all global devastion .Be safe & rescue operation.

All necessary Bundh of Berenga ,KANAKPUR etc . must be strengthen during dry season, public leaders of Silchar, cachar district must take a master plan for strengthen the Silchar sournding so called E&D Bundh...All the public of Silchar must think and aware about this for next moonson season..and all the drainage system must keep clean always and to avoid throwing of debris,littering inside the footpath drains of Silchar Town area and all the footpaths market must be close ....
