Yes- in essence I am insecure or I am secure is not separate from I. The silence can be arduous as our senses can be dulled, primarily by the mechanism of pleasure, but it is as noted elsewhere the birth of creativity. You know, how to get out of ruts, get an exercise routine, get career goals down and get to enjoying life however one wishes. Not to mention creativity in musical improvisation, painting, acting and so on.
